Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies — local storage, device identifiers and SDKs in our apps — do a comparable job. Together this Policy calls them “cookies”. They let a site remember you between pages and visits, and let us understand how the site is used.

Strictly necessary. Keep you signed in to the Fleet Shield and admin consoles, protect forms against abuse, and remember your light or dark preference (somentm-theme). The consoles do not work without these.

Functional. Remember choices such as a collapsed panel or a filter, so you don't have to set them again.

Analytics. Help us understand which pages are used and where the site is slow or broken. Analytics data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify you.

In the apps. Device identifiers and push tokens for notifications, and crash reporting so we can fix failures. No advertising SDKs.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Some cookies are set by services we rely on: our authentication provider (sign-in sessions), Razorpay (payment security during checkout), and map tiles on the consoles. Each is governed by that provider's own policy and set only while you use the relevant feature.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser's settings and manage app permissions in your device settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out of the consoles and may stop parts of the site from working. Analytics can be disabled by enabling your browser's “Do Not Track” setting, which we honour.

We update this Policy when the cookies we use change. The current version is always at somentm.com/cookie-policy; the effective date is shown at the top.
